The Who had four members, Roger Daltrey (Vocals), Pete Townshend (Guitar/song writer), John Entwistle (Bass), and Keith Moon (Drums). Before The Who made albums, they were not accepted because their drummer (Doug Sandom) was not good enough. Keith Moon came up and said that he was a better drummer than Doug. He tried out and He joined the band forming The Who.


Roger Daltrey[]

The Main Singer of The Who was born in 1944 and is still alive now. He sang all of the songs except However Much I Booze (The Who By Numbers) and Blue, Red, And Grey (The Who By Numbers) that were sang by Pete Townshend, My Wife (Sang by John Entwistle) from Who's Next, I'm One (Sang by Pete Townshend) from Quadrophenia, nbbband many more.


Pete Townshend[]

The Guitar/song writer of The Who was born in 1945 and also still alive now. He wrote almost all of the songs by The Who and played the guitar. He wrote many hits like Baba O'Riley, Won't Get Fooled Again; Who Are You; Pinball Wizard; 5:15; Love, Reign O'er Me; You Better You Bet and many other great Who songs.

John Entwisle[]

The Bass Player For The Who was born in 1944 and died in 2002. He played the bass for all the songs and brass for Blue, Red, And Grey.


Keith Moon[]

The Drummer for The Who was born in 1946 and Died in 1978 from an overdose of drugs. Keith Moon also called Moon the Loon. Was a crazy drummer that would always take things to the max.
